Dioksidoituja, also known as dioxins, are a group of highly toxic, persistent organic pollutants. They are formed as unintended by-products during various industrial processes, such as the combustion of organic materials, chemical manufacturing, and waste incineration. Dioxins are characterized by their chemical structure, which consists of two benzene rings connected by a carbon-carbon bond, with various chlorine atoms attached.
