Desimaalimuodostus
Desimaalimuodostus is a Finnish term that translates to "decimal representation" or "decimal notation." It refers to the system of expressing numbers using a base-ten system, where digits have different values depending on their position relative to the decimal point. This is the standard way of writing numbers in most of the world.
In the decimal system, each digit's value is ten times greater than the digit to its right.
The desimaalimuodostus allows for the representation of both whole numbers (integers) and numbers with fractional parts.
