Clavikuláris
Clavikuláris is a Czech adjective derived from the noun klavikula, which translates to clavicle or collarbone in English. The adjective describes something pertaining to, related to, or located in the region of the clavicle. For example, a clavikuláris fracture would refer to a break in the collarbone. Medical terminology often uses such adjectives to precisely identify anatomical structures or conditions. The clavicle itself is a long bone that forms part of the shoulder girdle, connecting the scapula (shoulder blade) to the sternum (breastbone). Therefore, any condition, procedure, or anatomical feature directly associated with this bone can be described using the term clavikuláris. In a broader sense, it can also refer to the area surrounding the collarbone.
