Chlodios, also known as Clodio or Clodius, was a semi-legendary Germanic chieftain who played a role in the early history of the Franks. He is considered one of the early leaders of the Salian Franks, a branch of the Frankish people who migrated into Roman Gaul. Historical accounts of Chlodios are primarily found in the writings of Gregory of Tours, a 6th-century bishop and historian.
