Calamianes
The Calamianes, or the Calamian Islands, is an archipelago in northern Palawan, Philippines. It comprises the islands of Busuanga, Culion, Coron, Linapacan, and numerous smaller islets. The group lies at the northern tip of Palawan, between the Mindoro Strait to the east and the Sulu Sea to the west, and is part of Palawan province. The area is known for its limestone karst formations, reefs, mangroves, and white-sand beaches.
