CNVtutkimus

CNV-tutkimus ( copy number variation tutkimus in Finnish, which translates to CNV research or CNV study in English) is a scientific field that focuses on the study of copy number variations (CNVs) in the human genome.

CNVs are structural variations in which DNA segments are repeated and their copy number varies across individuals or populations. In other words, CNVs occur when there are changes in the number of copies of a particular gene or region in the genome.
