Cégdokumentumokat refers to official company documents in Hungarian. These are legal and administrative papers that establish, govern, and detail a company's operations and structure. The most fundamental cégdokumentum is typically the cégbejegyzés, or company registration, which is filed with the relevant commercial registry. This registration officially creates the legal entity and includes essential information such as the company name, registered seat, purpose, the identity of its founders and managing directors, and its share capital.

Other important cégdokumentumokat include the alapító okirat (deed of foundation) or társasági szerződés (articles of association), which outline the company's internal rules, ownership structure, and how profits and losses are distributed. Működési szabályzatok (operating regulations) may also exist, providing more detailed guidelines for specific business activities. Financial documents such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and annual reports are also considered cégdokumentumokat, providing a record of the company's financial health. Decisions of the board of directors, minutes of shareholder meetings, and contracts are also part of this category. These documents are crucial for legal compliance, transparency, and for conducting business transactions, as they provide evidence of the company's legal standing and operational framework.
