Business20 is a global forum that brings together business leaders from the Group of Twenty (G20) nations. Its primary objective is to provide a platform for the private sector to contribute to the G20 agenda, offering recommendations and insights on key economic and policy issues. Established in parallel with the G20, Business20 typically convenes in advance of the annual G20 Leaders' Summit. It is composed of delegates representing a diverse range of industries and sectors from each G20 member country. These delegates work through various working groups, each focusing on specific areas such as digital economy, trade and investment, sustainability, and employment. The outcomes of these working groups are consolidated into a Communiqué, which is then presented to the G20 leaders for their consideration. This Communiqué outlines actionable policy recommendations designed to address global economic challenges and promote inclusive growth.
