Buchenholz
Buchenholz is a village and a former municipality in the district of Stade, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is located approximately 15 kilometers east of the city of Stade. The village is known for its rural landscape and agricultural activities. Historically, Buchenholz was part of the Duchy of Brunswick-Lüneburg and later became part of the Kingdom of Hanover. In 1974, Buchenholz was incorporated into the municipality of Fredenbeck. The village has a population of around 150 people and is primarily residential, with a few small businesses. Buchenholz is served by the Bundesstraße 75, which connects it to the nearby towns and cities. The village also has a small church and a community center, which hosts various local events and activities.
