Branthor is a town located in the Mistvale region of the fictional land of Eldoria. It is the administrative center of Branthor County and sits along the Branth River. The population is around 12,000. The economy combines river trade, farming in the surrounding plains, and small-scale crafts.

History and governance: Branthor developed as a river crossing in the 12th century and grew around a stone fortress, Branth Fort. It received a market town charter in 1370, which helped attract merchants and artisans.
