Betonový

Betonové is a Czech adjective meaning concrete or made of concrete. It is used to describe materials, elements, or constructions whose primary component is concrete. For example, betonové bloky (concrete blocks), betonové stěny (concrete walls), or betonové dlažby (concrete pavements).

Form and usage: Betonové derives from the noun beton (concrete) and is declined like a regular Czech adjective. History and context: Concrete has ancient roots, but modern reinforced concrete (železobeton) became widespread in the 19th and 20th centuries, enabling new architectural and infrastructural possibilities.
