Begga, also known as Begga of Malmedy or Begga the Pious, was a Frankish nobleman and saint. He was born around 580 AD and died on December 31, 658 AD. He is primarily known for his religious devotion and his significant role in founding the Abbey of Malmedy in present-day Belgium.
