Balcarce

Balcarce is a city located in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is the capital of the Balcarce Partido. The city is situated in the southeastern part of the province, approximately 50 kilometers inland from the Atlantic coast. Balcarce is known for its historical connection to Argentine motorsport, particularly its role in the life of the legendary race car driver Juan Manuel Fangio. His former home in Balcarce has been preserved as a museum dedicated to his career and achievements.
