Balaídos

Balaídos, officially Estadio de Balaídos, is a football stadium in Vigo, Galicia, Spain. It is the home ground of RC Celta de Vigo, who compete in La Liga. The stadium opened in 1928 and has undergone several renovations to modernize facilities and improve safety and comfort. The current capacity is approximately 29,000 spectators. The pitch is natural grass, and the venue features a series of stands around the field, along with locker rooms, media facilities, and hospitality areas. Balaídos has hosted domestic league and cup matches as well as European competition fixtures during Celta's participation in continental tournaments, and it has been used for international friendlies. The stadium is located in the Balaídos district of Vigo and remains a central venue in the sporting life of Galicia.
