Atemanalytik
Atemanalytik, also known as breath analysis or breath testing, is a non-invasive diagnostic method that involves collecting and analyzing the gases exhaled by a person. The primary goal of atemanalytik is to detect and quantify volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in the breath, which can serve as biomarkers for various physiological and pathological conditions. The composition of breath changes depending on metabolic processes, environmental exposures, and the presence of diseases. Therefore, analyzing these subtle shifts in breath composition can provide valuable information about a person's health status.
The techniques used in atemanalytik are diverse and include gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), selected ion flow
