Arbetskraftskapacitet
Arbetskraftskapacitet, literally "workforce capacity", refers to the number of persons who are currently able and willing to participate in the labor market. The concept is used by national statistical offices, particularly in Sweden, to gauge the effective size of the labor supply at a given time. It is calculated by taking the total working-age population and removing those who are not in the labor market, such as full‑time students, retired individuals, or people permanently disabled, and adding the number of people who are actively seeking work but cannot find employment.
