Apulias

Apulias is a rarely used plural noun in English that can be encountered in some texts to refer collectively to the people, culture, and material artifacts associated with Apulia, the historic region in southern Italy. The standard English demonyms are Apulian (adj.) and Apulians (noun). Consequently, Apulias is uncommon and may appear mainly in translations or literary usage.

Geography and history: Apulia is the southeastern region of Italy, occupying the heel of the country’s boot. It is bounded by the Adriatic Sea to the north and the Ionian Sea to the southeast. The area is known for its long coastline, olive groves, vineyards, and towns such as Bari, Lecce, Brindisi, and Alberobello, famous for its trulli.
