Alveringem
Alveringem is a municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. It is situated in the Westhoek region, near the border with France. The municipality was formed in 1977 through the fusion of several smaller villages, including Alveringem itself, Bevrijding, Buiten, Geren, Gravene, Hoogstade, Leisele, Sint-Jan-in-Eremo, Sint-Rijkers, Sint-Silvester, Stavele, and Zoutenaaie.
