Aldolcondensaatio

Aldolcondensaatio, also known as aldol condensation, is a fundamental organic chemical reaction in which two aldehydes or ketones, containing at least one α-hydrogen, combine under basic or acidic conditions to form a β-hydroxy carbonyl compound (aldol) and subsequently dehydrate to produce an α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compound.
