Aktiivsöefiltratsioon
Aktiivsöefiltratsioon, also known as activated carbon filtration, is a process that uses activated carbon to remove impurities from water and other liquids. Activated carbon is a form of carbon that has been processed to be highly porous, giving it a very large surface area. This large surface area allows it to adsorb, or attract and hold, various substances from the liquid passing through it.
The primary mechanism of activated carbon filtration is adsorption. The porous structure of activated carbon creates
