Akceptas
Akceptas is a fictional town and municipality in the northern region of the Republic of Veridia. Situated along the Verdi River, it lies about 60 kilometers north of Veridia’s capital. The municipality covers roughly 72 square kilometers and has a population of around 5,200 as of 2023. The name is derived from a Veridian word meaning "to welcome" and reflects a centuries-long tradition of hosting travelers at river crossings. The settlement emerged in the 12th century as a market village and grew through trade on the river. It gained municipal rights in the 19th century and experienced modernization after 1900. The town maintained agricultural and artisanal sectors through the 20th century.
