Ahl

Ahl is a term of address used in Islam, particularly in the Shia branch of the religion. It is a respectful and honorific term used to address Imams, scholars, and other respected individuals. The term is derived from the Arabic word "ahl," which means "people" or "nation." In Shia Islam, the Ahl al-Bayt, or "People of the House," refers to the descendants of the Prophet Muhammad, including his Ahl al-Bayt, or "People of the House." This includes his wife, Aisha, and his children, Hassan and Hussein, as well as their descendants.
