AIRRseq
AIRRseq is a computational tool designed for the analysis of adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing data. It is part of the Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire (AIRR) Community project, which aims to standardize and facilitate the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data from adaptive immune receptors, such as T-cell receptors (TCRs) and B-cell receptors (BCRs). AIRRseq provides a suite of tools for processing, annotating, and analyzing immune repertoire data. It supports various file formats, including FASTA, FASTQ, and AIRR Community standard formats, and can handle data from different sequencing platforms. The toolkit includes functionalities for quality control, sequence alignment, annotation, and statistical analysis. AIRRseq is designed to be user-friendly and accessible, with a command-line interface and extensive documentation to guide users through the analysis workflow. It is widely used in immunology research for studying immune repertoire diversity, clonal expansion, and immune response dynamics. The toolkit is open-source and actively maintained by the AIRR Community, ensuring continuous improvements and updates to meet the evolving needs of the research community.
