4Q1321 is a Dead Sea Scroll, cataloged among the many fragments of the Hebrew Bible discovered in the Qumran Caves near the Dead Sea. The scroll is named after the cave, Q, in which it was found, and the number assigned to it in a particular series. The collection containing this scroll is the locus of intense academic interest due to its unique insight into the history of the Judaism at the time of the Second Temple.

This scroll is a fragment of the Megillata Rut or the Song of Ruth. It contains chapters 1-2, preserving parts of Ruth 1:6-15 and 2:2-3, part of chapter 3, and all of chapter 4, but it includes parts of a non-canonical section in the original. Dead Sea Scrolls are renowned for the discovery of new material and divergent manuscripts that offer an alternative view into biblical and pare-biblical materials than previously thought.
