Érvényesülését

Érvényesülését is a form of the noun érvényesül, which denotes the process or result by which something becomes effective, valid or influential. In Hungarian, érvényesülés refers to the state or act of coming into force, being enforceable, or gaining practical efficacy, and it can also be used in a figurative sense to describe dominance, recognition, or successful realization within a system. Thus, the nuance depends on what is becoming effective or prevailing.

Common usage involves pairing érvényesülés with nouns such as törvény, rendelet, norma, döntés, vagy gyakorlat. In academic or formal writing one may discuss the rate, scope, or obstacles of érvényesülés, or examine what conditions allow its realization. Grammatically, érvényesülését serves as the object form when a verb governs a direct object, as in analyses that focus on “the realization of X” or “its coming into force.”
