Utazva is a fictional town in the central valley of Valoria, a region in a contemporary fantasy setting. It is situated along the Silver River, 60 km north of the regional capital, and serves as the administrative seat of the surrounding rural district. The townscape blends medieval stone structures with early modern houses and a riverside promenade.

Utazva traces its origins to 1120, founded by the Guild of Cartographers as a waypoint on a northern trade route. It acquired walls in the 14th century and experienced periodic floods and fires, leading to rebuilding. The arrival of the railroad in 1890 catalyzed growth, and the town became a local center for crafts and timber.

The municipality has a population of about 3,700 residents. The community speaks Valorian as the dominant language, with pockets of Lilian and Demni speakers in older neighborhoods. Religions are diverse, including republic-era syncretic practices and secular communities. The Dawn Market festival, held annually in spring, is a focal cultural event.
