A täytäntöönpanomääräys, often translated as an enforcement order or writ of execution in English, is a legal document issued by a competent authority, typically a court or a bailiff, in Finland. Its primary purpose is to compel a debtor to fulfill their legal obligations, which are usually financial. This order is granted when a creditor has a legally recognized claim against a debtor, and the debtor has failed to voluntarily satisfy that claim.

The basis for a täytäntöönpanomääräys is usually a judgment, a court settlement, or some other legally binding document that establishes the debt. Once issued, the order authorizes enforcement measures to be taken against the debtor's assets. These measures can include, but are not limited to, garnishment of wages or bank accounts, seizure and sale of property, or other means necessary to satisfy the creditor's claim.
