toimeksisaajalle
Toimeksisaajalle is the allative form of the Finnish noun toimeksisaaja. In Finnish legal and contractual language, toimeksisaaja refers to a person who acts on behalf of another (the principal) as an agent or mandatary. The allative ending -lle marks the recipient or the direction toward someone, so toimeksisaajalle means “to the agent” or “for the agent.”
In ordinary use, toimeksisaaja denotes someone authorized to perform tasks within the scope of a mandate (toimeksianto).
