tidskorrelationer
Tidskorrelationer, often translated as time correlations or temporal correlations, refer to the statistical relationship between values of a variable at different points in time. In essence, they describe how the value of a system at one moment influences or is related to its value at a later moment. If a system exhibits strong positive time correlations, it means that if the variable is high at one time, it is likely to be high at subsequent times, and vice versa. Conversely, strong negative time correlations suggest that a high value at one time is likely to be followed by a low value at a later time.
These correlations are fundamental in many scientific disciplines, particularly in the study of time series data.
