Tarneahelaga is a small, uninhabited island located in the South Shetland Islands archipelago of Antarctica. It is situated approximately 1.5 kilometers east of the northern tip of Smith Island and 1.2 kilometers west of the southern tip of Robert Island. The island is roughly oval-shaped, with a maximum length of about 300 meters and a maximum width of about 150 meters. Its surface is mostly covered in ice and snow, with a few small rocky outcrops.
