surfaktanteina
Surfaktanteina, also known as surfactants, are compounds that lower the surface tension (or interfacial tension) between two liquids, between a gas and a liquid, or between a liquid and a solid. This reduction in tension allows for better mixing or emulsification. Surfactants typically consist of a hydrophilic (water-loving) head and a hydrophobic (water-fearing) tail. When added to a liquid, such as water, the hydrophobic tails tend to cluster together, away from the water, while the hydrophilic heads remain in contact with it. This arrangement forms structures called micelles.
The properties and applications of surfactants are diverse. In detergents and soaps, surfactants help lift dirt
