Soutiendra is a city-state and major port located on the delta of the Lir River on the eastern coast of the fictional continent of Ilara. The city serves as the administrative capital of the autonomous region of Sidera within the federal federation known as Valenia. The name derives from the Old Varin words sout- meaning shore and iendra meaning meeting, reflecting its historical role as a crossroads for inland and sea trade.

Historically founded in the 11th century by mercantile clans, Soutiendra grew as a commercial hub linking river routes with overseas markets. It gained formal city rights in the 13th century and later became the capital of Sidera during the 19th century reforms.
