sinkiksi

Sinkiksi is the translative form of the Finnish noun sinkki, meaning zinc. In Finnish grammar, the translative case (ending -ksi) marks a change of state or the designation of something as a certain role or substance. Therefore sinkiksi expresses “into zinc” or “as zinc” in contexts describing transformation or specification.
