Rytmihysteresejä is a Finnish rock band formed in 2005 in Vaasa, Finland. The name of the band roughly translates to "Rhythmic Hysterias" or "Beat Hysterias" in English, providing little insight into the nature of their music.

The band's sound is characterized as a blend of alternative rock, post-hardcore and emo elements. Rytmihysteresejä has undergone several lineup changes throughout its existence. The original members were Lauri Halava, Teemu Teponen, and Niko Petteri and Tapio Salonen, however several others have filled the gaps since their early years.

Rytmihysteresejä released their debut album, "Kosmonetti", in 2006. Although there is little information available about the album, it is known to have received a limited release. The band's subsequent album, "Valtameren street", was released in 2011, leading to critical acclaim from local Finnish music critics.
