Rodiți is a commune in Tulcea County, in the historical region of Northern Dobruja in Romania. It lies on the Danubian Plain, east of the Danube River, and is part of the Dobruja International Cooperation Region. The commune consists of one village, Rodiți, and covers an area of approximately 55 square kilometres.

The first recorded mention of Rodiți dates to the late 13th century, when the area was part of the medieval principalities that later became part of the Ottoman Empire. Throughout the 18th and 19th centuries Rodiți experienced waves of settlement by various ethnic groups, including Romanians, Bulgarians, Turks, and Greeks. After the Balkan Wars, the area was incorporated into the Kingdom of Romania in 1913.

Rodiți is situated at an elevation of roughly 27 metres above sea level. The local landscape is characterised by flat agricultural land, with the Danube Delta acting as a nearby ecological zone. Small rivers and wetlands provide habitats for migratory birds.

According to the 2011 census, the population of the commune was 1,422 residents. The demographic composition is predominantly Romanian with small minority groups, including a presence of Roma and Turkish communities. The population has slightly declined since the early 2000s due to urban migration trends.

The local economy is primarily agricultural, with cereal crops, oilseed rape, and vegetables as major products. Small-scale livestock rearing also contributes to the economy. The commune hosts a cultural centre that serves as a venue for local festivals and educational workshops, preserving traditional Dobruja crafts and folklore.

Rodiți is administered by a mayor and a local council elected every four years. As of the latest elections, the mayor is affiliated with the National Liberal Party. The commune operates under the jurisdiction of Tulcea County Council and follows national policies governing rural development and environmental protection.
