Prawidowy is a small village in Veridia, a fictional Central European country. It is part of the Nadbrzeże municipal district in the Lato Province, and lies in a gently rolling agricultural region near the Lys River. The settlement has a compact core with a church, a shop, and a few dozen houses, surrounded by fields and fruit orchards.

The name Prawidowy comes from the old Slavic root meaning proper or upright, a reflection of a traditional emphasis on community norms. The village historically developed around a water mill and a seasonal market.

Historically, Prawidowy is first mentioned in 1624 parish records. It grew slowly through the 18th and 19th centuries, aided by a small rail halt established in the late 19th century. After World War II, the population stabilized, with some out-migration to towns in the region. Since the 1990s, the local economy has diversified modestly with light crafts and tourism tied to rural heritage.

Administratively, Prawidowy is governed by a village council within the Nadbrzeże municipal district. Public services include a primary school, a volunteer fire brigade, and a village library co-located with the school.

As of 2023, the population is about 1,100 people. The community observes an annual harvest festival in late autumn that features traditional music, a farmers’ market, and demonstrations of historical farming techniques. The surrounding countryside remains the principal economic and cultural asset of the village.
