Otvaramo is a former rural municipality located in the Cherven Region of North Macedonia. It was established in 2004 through the territorial reform and was dissolved in 2013 due to the local government reform. The municipality was named after the Lake Otvaramo, a small lake located within its boundaries.

The municipality included several villages, among which were: Zelenikovo, Prshoje, Sredešče, and Jusalko. Otvaramo covered an area of approximately 23 square kilometers and had a population of around 2,000 inhabitants prior to the dissolution.

Administratively, the municipality was part of the Cherven Region. Otvaramo had no railroad, road, or other industrial infrastructure, making it one of the primarily agricultural municipalities in the region.

During its existence, the municipality had 12 elected municipal officials, including theouncillors and the Mayor. The main economic activities in Otvaramo were agriculture, animal husbandry, and small-scale trade.

The rural municipality was dissolved under the Local Government Reform which aimed to reduce the number of municipalities and increase their efficiency. The assets and responsibilities of the former municipality were redistributed among the neighboring municipalities, such as Sopje and Chervenik.
