Opsporer is a weather satellite constellation operated by the Canadian company Fleet Space Technologies, in collaboration with the United States-based company Near Space Corporation. The constellation aims to provide real-time and high-resolution imagery of the Earth's surface, with a focus on monitoring weather, climate, and natural disasters.

The Opsporer satellite is a small, cube-shaped spacecraft measuring 10 cm x 10 cm x 20 cm, weighing approximately 1.5 kg. It is equipped with a high-resolution camera capable of capturing images at a resolution of up to 4 meters per pixel. The satellite is designed to orbit the Earth at an altitude of around 400 km, from where it can capture images of the surface during daylight hours.

Opsporer's primary objective is to provide humanitarian and disaster response services, particularly in regions with limited satellite coverage. The constellation is also intended to support scientific research and environmental monitoring, such as tracking deforestation and monitoring ocean health. The satellite's high-resolution images can be used to identify and track changes in the environment, enabling more effective management of natural resources and early warning systems for natural disasters.

Fleet Space Technologies announced the launch of the Opsporer spacecraft in 2019, with the first satellite entering orbit in February 2020. The company plans to launch a total of six Opsporer satellites, with each spacecraft being designed to last for at least two years in orbit.
