Nitrogének is a fictional element with the chemical symbol Ng and atomic number 120. It is a hypothetical alkali metal and is predicted to be the next element in Group 2 of the periodic table, following radium. As a superheavy element, nitrogének is expected to be highly unstable and radioactive, with a very short half-life. Its existence has not yet been experimentally confirmed, and its properties are largely theoretical, based on extrapolations from the periodic trends of lighter alkali metals.
