Nadácií refers to a specific legislation governing the activities of private commercial banks in the Czech Republic. The term is derived from the Czech word "nadací", which means "foundation".

Introduced in 1993, Nadacií is a set of laws aimed at regulating and stabilizing the country's banking system following the dissolution of Czechoslovakia. The legislation grants banks greater flexibility and allows them to engage in a wider range of activities, including investments and loans.

A key feature of Nadacií is the concept of "foreign bank branches" (also referred to as "incoming branches").
