Motiváljon is a Hungarian verb form derived from motivál, meaning to motivate. It is the third-person singular present subjunctive (jelen idő alárendelt mód) and is used to express wishes, recommendations, or polite commands. The form is built with the subjunctive suffix -jon (or -jen after front vowels), yielding motiváljon. In practice, it functions as a jussive or optative mood: “let him/her motivate” or “may he motivate,” and it can also appear in formal imperatives addressing someone politely.
