morskij

Morskij is a transliteration used for several Slavic adjectives derived from the root mor- meaning sea. It is used to indicate relation to the sea, marine activities, or naval matters, and appears in both everyday language and technical terms across Slavic languages.

Linguistically, the term has several forms. In Russian the masculine singular is морской (morskoy), with feminine морская and neuter морское.
