laminärflödesbås
A laminärflödesbås, also known as a laminar flow cabinet or biosafety cabinet (though the terms are not always interchangeable), is a work enclosure that creates a sterile environment for sensitive work. It achieves this by using a fan to draw air through a series of filters, typically HEPA filters, and then expelling it in a unidirectional, non-turbulent "laminar" flow across the work surface. This constant flow of filtered air prevents airborne contaminants from entering the cabinet and also protects the user from potentially harmful aerosols generated within the cabinet.
There are several types of laminärflödesbås, primarily distinguished by their containment capabilities and the direction of
Laminärflödesbås are widely used in laboratories, cleanrooms, and manufacturing settings where sterile conditions are critical. Applications
