Diagnosis of ear diseases typically involves a physical examination of the ear canal and eardrum, and may include hearing tests and imaging studies. Treatment varies widely depending on the specific condition and can include ear drops, antibiotics, decongestants, or in some cases, surgery. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are important to prevent complications and preserve hearing and balance.
