Kushtuar is an Albanian term that functions as a verb meaning to dedicate or devote, and as the past participle form used as an adjective meaning devoted or dedicated. It expresses the act of allocating time, effort, or resources to a person, a cause, a work, or an activity, as well as the state of being committed to a purpose.

In everyday use, kushtoj is the active verb form for dedicating or devoting, while kushtuar describes the resulting condition or quality. A common construction is the phrase i kushtuar, which means “dedicated to” and is used to indicate to whom or to what something is devoted. For example, a book can be described as libër i kushtuar poetit X (a book dedicated to the poet X).
