këmbimit
Këmbimi is a term used in Albanian to denote the act of exchanging or swapping. It encompasses the transfer of goods, services, information, or positions between two or more parties, typically through mutual agreement. In economic contexts, këmbimi can refer to barter—direct swapping without money—or to monetary exchange where currencies are converted at a price determined by the market or by an exchange service. The latter includes the concept of kursi i këmbimit, the exchange rate that governs how much of one currency is received for another. The term also appears in modern finance as këmbimi valutor or këmbimi ndërkombëtar, referring to currency conversion in domestic or international markets.
Beyond commerce, këmbimi is used for exchanging data and information, expressed as shkëmbimi i të dhënave. Cultural
