It outlines the legitimate reasons a landlord can terminate a lease agreement and seek the eviction of a tenant. The most common häätöperusteena includes the tenant's failure to pay rent. If a tenant is in significant arrears, typically two months' rent, the landlord has the right to terminate the lease.
