geokemilise
Geokemilise is the Dutch and a few other Germanic languages adjective form for geochemical. Geochemistry is a scientific field that studies the chemical composition of the Earth and other celestial bodies, as well as the processes that control the abundance and distribution of chemical elements. It investigates the origins of chemical elements, their migration and distribution through different parts of the Earth system (such as the atmosphere, hydrosphere, lithosphere, and biosphere), and the chemical reactions that occur within these reservoirs. Geochemists use a variety of analytical techniques to determine the elemental and isotopic composition of rocks, minerals, water, and gases. This information is used to understand a wide range of geological phenomena, including the formation of minerals and rocks, the movement of groundwater, the history of the Earth's climate, and the processes involved in the formation of ore deposits. The term "geokemilise" would be used in contexts discussing these geochemical principles and applications in Dutch or similar linguistic environments. For example, a Dutch text might discuss "geokemilise prospektirovaniye" (geochemical prospecting) or "geokemilise anomalii" (geochemical anomalies).
