cytoplasmique
Cytoplasmique refers to anything located within or originating from the cytoplasm of a cell. The cytoplasm itself is the jelly-like substance filling the cell and surrounding the organelles. It's composed primarily of water, salts, and organic molecules. Within the cytoplasm, various cellular processes occur, including metabolism, protein synthesis, and cell division.
When we speak of cytoplasmique inheritance, we are referring to genetic material found outside the cell's nucleus.
The term cytoplasmique can also describe structures or molecules that are found and function within the cytoplasm.
