Ciljnog is a small village located in the northern part of the municipality of Škocjan, in central Slovenia. It lies within the traditional region of Styria and is now part of the Savinja Statistical Region. The settlement covers an area of roughly 1.5 square kilometres and sits at an elevation of 335 metres above sea level. According to the most recent census conducted in 2011, Ciljnog had a population of 128 residents, although current estimates suggest a slight decline in population due to urban migration trends.
